Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all sustainable tags and hygiene stickers are securely attached.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
